College Services is part of the overarching University Services team which brings together our key professional frontline services delivering critical, day-to-day services-related activities for the University’s staff and students.
The Opportunity
The College Services team is seeking to appoint multiple Business Partners to be responsible for the strategic and operational management of service delivery within assigned business units (comprising Schools and Colleges).
Reporting to the Manager College Services, these positions will Lead a service delivery team, engaging with all levels of internal stakeholders to assist in service delivery enhancements into the College portfolio.
This position works closely with the Schools and Colleges supporting two-way communications between teams and understanding University systems to deliver efficient and effective outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the Manager and Director in service delivery into the College portfolios.
Support the Colleges in two-way communication and understanding and use of University’s communication systems.
Lead the service delivery team.
Provide the Voice of the Customer to relevant customer facing University Services core decisions and initiatives.
Contribute to the establishment of a Lean and Continuous Improvement culture.
Your Application
To be successful in the role, your application will need to demonstrate;
A degree with relevant finance and management experience and expertise in administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Proven human and financial resource management experience.
Proven team building and team leadership skills.
Experience with policy interpretation and implementation.
Highly developed oral, written, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and capacity to act independently.
Experience in the application of computer software packages.
Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 8 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $133,145 comprising base salary within the range of $100,084 to $113,799 plus 17% superannuation.
