We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to take on a highly influential leadership position within the University’s Financial Planning and Analysis portfolio. This role will provide strategic direction to the Finance Business Partnering function and play a central part in shaping financial planning, performance, and decisionmaking across both Divisional and Academic areas. As a key member of the Financial Services Management Team, you will work closely with Executive Leaders and budget centre owners, offering financial insights, contemporary analysis, and forwardlooking guidance that supports effective resource allocation and longterm institutional sustainability.
A critical component of this role will be responsibility for leading and developing a specialised team of Finance Business Partners. You will have direct reports and will be accountable for ensuring the team delivers consistent, highquality financial support across multiple campuses. In this role you will oversee financial performance monitoring, manage budget planning and reporting processes, and foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders. With a strong focus on strategic leadership, partnership, and service excellence, this position will play a vital role in positioning the University to meet its financial obligations and achieve its longterm priorities.

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 10 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $163,281, comprising of base salary within the range of $137,494 – $139,557 plus 17% superannuation.
