About the opportunity

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the University’s strategic goals by fostering strong, collaborative relationships with schools, educators, community organisations, and industry partners. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing educational access and supporting student pathways into higher education.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with key education and community stakeholders to support student engagement and enrolment.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams to design and implement inclusive and impactful outreach and recruitment initiatives.
• Use data and insights to inform planning and continuously improve engagement strategies.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture focused on shared goals and outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with University policies and relevant legislative and compliance requirements.­

What we’re looking for:

• A tertiary qualification in education, marketing, management, sales or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in student recruitment, educational outreach, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and achieving shared outcomes.
• A commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting diverse student journeys.

Salary details

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 7 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $126,637 comprising base salary within the range of $98,473 to $108,237 plus 17% superannuation.
