About the opportunity

As a member of the InPlace System Support Team, the InPlace System Support Officer will provide customer-centric support to users of InPlace assisting with service requests, training, system maintenance and reporting. The position will also be responsible for the performance of a full range of administrative activities, including the development and maintenance of PEP documentation, and provision of support to project teams and steering committees.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a high-level understanding of the InPlace system and work closely with the team to support business processes, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Support the day-to-day InPlace workflow, as the first point of contact for InPlace user support.
  • Prepare and run InPlace training sessions and create internal user guides, documentation, and training materials.
  • Coordinate upgrades and testing and troubleshoot, identify and communicate new software features to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide high level administrative support to steering committees including the preparation of documentation and coordination of meetings.

­What we’re looking for:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant area with relevant work-related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and / or training.
  • Pre-existing knowledge and / or experience in using a web-based IT system for managing work activities would be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated technical IT skills to undertake technical tasks as an admin user.
  • Good organisational skills and demonstrated capacity to act independently within established guidelines, using discretion and sound judgement.
  • Demonstrated well-developed written and oral communication skills, with particular emphasis on attention to detail and ability to focus.

Salary details

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 5 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $105,665 comprising base salary within the range of $80,869 to $90,312 plus 17% superannuation.
