About the opportunity

The Services Delivery Officer will undertake activities relating to the operational delivery of a range of contracted campus services including, but not limited to, parking, transport, space management, and venue hire services.

The Service Delivery Officer will provide expert advice on the application of university policies, processes and procedures relevant to the contracted service. The position will act as the liaison point for service providers on issues of service delivery which will require the establishment and maintenance of excellent working relationships with service providers and with clients, both internal and external.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure a high level of customer service and engagement.
  • Independently resolve service-related complaints, suggestions or problems.
  • Working within the Campus Operations team to provide assistance and support.
  • Maintain and share in-depth, specialist knowledge of relevant internal and external processes relating to Parking, Transport and Venue Hire.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Salary details

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 5 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $105,665 comprising base salary within the range of $80,869 to $90,312 plus 17% superannuation.
