About the opportunity
The Senior Relationship Manager plays a critical role in operationalising the Recruitment, Engagement & Marketing portfolio’s strategy and achieving student recruitment performance targets. The position is responsible for establishing, developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, students', industry and not-for-profits, and will have people and project management responsibilities.
The Senior Relationship Manager will be required to attend out of hours activities and spend periods of time travelling, including intra and interstate travel. The ability to take annual leave at certain times of the year may also be limited.
What you’ll do:
Grow relationships with key education sector stakeholders with the goal of supporting enrolments
Support and nurture a collaborative and purpose-driven team culture to achieve mutually agreed goals and targets.
Utilise a data-driven approach, informed by market insights and business intelligence to achieve agreed application and enrolment targets.
Lead and project manage dedicated cross-functional working groups to identify opportunities and plan and implement recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and University policy and procedure, audit, risk and financial requirements.
What we’re looking for:
A tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, management or education and extensive experience in a relevant field or an equivalent combination.
A successful track-record in student recruitment or business development.
Demonstrated ability in leading and working effectively as part of a team, independently with initiative, problem solving ability, and accountability on projects.
High-level communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with people of various skills, experience and background to achieve win-win outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and bringing individuals and teams together to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
Salary details
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 7 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $126,637 comprising base salary within the range of $98,473 to $108,237 plus 17% superannuation.
